WHAT TO DO WITH YUZU JUICE
Here are some of the best ways to use it:

Finishing splash – add a few drops over grilled fish, roasted veggies, or sashimi
Cocktails – swap it in for citrus in margaritas, gin & tonics, or whiskey sours
Japanese-inspired ideas
Ponzu sauce – mix yuzu juice with soy sauce, mirin, and a bit of dashi
Yuzu kosho base – combine with chili paste + salt for a spicy citrus condiment
Ramen boost – stir a little into broth right before serving
Sweet applications
Yuzu curd – like lemon curd but more fragrant
Desserts – add to cheesecake, sorbet, or panna cotta
Baking – use in glaze for cakes or drizzle over pound cake
Flavor enhancers
Marinades – great with chicken, seafood, or tofu
Butter or mayo – mix into softened butter or aioli for a citrusy spread
Drinks (non-alcoholic too)
Yuzu soda – juice + sparkling water + simple syrup
Tea – add to green tea or hot water with honey
