Passionfruit Marmalade: Clean, bright, floral and delicious! This traditional South Korean marmalade is made with passion fruit, honey and sugar. The flavour is bright and tropical, with floral aromas very present, notes of citrus and guava, a complex mix with hints of melon, pineapple, and kiwi. Storage Tips

Perishable items: Keep Refrigerated upon arrival. Best consumed within 1-4 days.

Shelf Stable items: Refrigerate after opening, view best before date. Please follow instructions on packaging.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. We do not ship perishable items on Friday, they are shipped the following Monday.

WHAT TO DO WITH PASSIONFRUIT MARMALADE:

Sweet Uses
Toast or Scones – Spread it on buttered toast, scones, or crumpets.
Cake Filling – Use it between cake layers (especially vanilla or coconut cakes).
Swirl into Yogurt or Oatmeal – Adds tropical zing to breakfast.
Pavlova or Meringues – Spoon over whipped cream on pavlova
Cheesecake Topping – Warm slightly and drizzle over a baked or no-bake cheesecake.
Cocktail Mixer – Stir into a passionfruit martini, mojito, or rum punch.

Passionfruit Marmalade Glaze (Sweet & Spicy)
Ingredients:

1/3 cup passionfruit marmalade
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
1 tsp grated fresh ginger (or 1/2 tsp ground)
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/2–1 tsp chili flakes or hot sauce (adjust to heat level)
Optional: 1 tsp Dijon mustard (for balance)

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened and glossy. Stir often to prevent sticking.
Taste and adjust: Add more vinegar for tang, more marmalade for sweetness, or more chili for heat.

Use as a glaze:
Brush onto chicken, pork, or salmon during the last 5–10 minutes of cooking.
For grilling or broiling, apply in the final few minutes to avoid burning the sugars.
Serve extra on the side as a dipping sauce.
