Cattail Pollen is a shockingly vibrant canary coloured pollen that can be used as flour or as a thickener in soups and stews or mix it with flour for some great tasting bread. Flavourwise, it's very mild and there's not a lot of flavour but there are little hints of floral aroma and nuttiness. The colour makes up for this, the bright yellow colour, can be used either like saffron, or to replace up to 1/3 of the flour in baked goods. This ingredient will give you beautiful summer sun yellow foods! Perfect for pancakes. Prepare yourself to be covered in yellow powder if you are not careful!

Shelf Stable items: Refrigerate after opening, view best before date. Please follow instructions on packaging.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. We do not ship perishable items on Friday, they are shipped the following Monday.

Pick Up Orders: Generally ready for pick up within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pick up. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am-330 pm for pick up.
