Ducktrap River of Maine Smoked Wild Salmon Trim Wild salmon has been carefully sourced from the most responsible fisheries in the waters of Alaska and Western Canada and each fillet is selected for superior quality. This product is Oceanwise. They have created the perfect brine for wild salmon to accentuate and highlight the particular flavor notes typical for wild products. Will be much saltier than Lox or Nuggets. Keep Frozen until ready to consume. 

Storage Tips

Perishable items: Keep Refrigerated upon arrival. Best consumed within 1-4 days.

Shelf Stable items: Refrigerate after opening, view best before date. Please follow instructions on packaging.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. We do not ship perishable items on Friday, they are shipped the following Monday.
