A tribute to the olive. An exercise in synthesizing what a product as simple yet complex as a pickled olive represents on a gustatory level. With these sauces made from pickled green olives, we want to pay tribute to an everyday product that, for us, is central to all Mediterranean cuisine. With a slightly reddish colour and a very pleasant spicy touch with smoky notes, our chipotle olive sauce is perfect for all types of meats and Mexican cuisine. It’s an ideal sauce for dressing, garnishing, and finishing any type of dish and/or appetizer. Highly recommended for use with rice, pasta, salads, tataki, Russian salad, carpaccio, vegetables, other pickles and preserves, and for use as a dressing or for dipping with chips. Refrigerate after opening. Once open, shelf life is 1 month. Product of Spain.
