The Noble brand of handcrafted wares is proud to bring you Noble Tonic 04: Pharaoh's Heirloom Lemon Matured White Wine Vinegar. Crafted by gently maturing premium white wine vinegar with Egyptian heirloom organic lemon peel, this vinegar captures the vibrant essence of sun-ripened citrus. The result is a crisp, lively vinegar with a refreshing tang and subtle, natural lemon aroma that elevates any dish.

Noble Tonic 04 maintains a 6% acidity and is characterized by its smooth, bright, sweet, citrus tones. The Egyptian heirloom lemon is similar to a Meyer lemon in sugar content, but has much more nuance and character. Sweet and intensely spicy with hints of orange peel and cedar. Its bright acidity and delicate citrus notes make it a perfect companion for light salads, seafood, and Mediterranean-inspired dishes. Use it to brighten vinaigrettes, marinate chicken or fish, or finish steamed vegetables with a zesty twist.

Salad Dressings:
Use it in vinaigrettes instead of plain vinegar or lemon juice.
Combine with olive oil, Dijon mustard, a touch of honey, and fresh herbs.
Pairs beautifully with:
Arugula + fennel + citrus
Baby greens + goat cheese + almonds
Farro or couscous salads

Seafood Marinades & Finishes:
A splash over grilled or baked white fish, shrimp, or scallops before serving.
Use in a light marinade with olive oil, garlic, and herbs (like dill or thyme).
Brightens ceviche or crudo preparations.

Vegetable Enhancer:
Toss roasted or steamed asparagus, broccoli, green beans, or zucchini with it right before serving.
Splash into sautéed greens (like chard or spinach) as a finishing acid.

Poultry Marinade:
Combine with garlic, rosemary, olive oil, and salt for a fresh chicken marinade.
Also great with grilled turkey or quail.

Grain Bowls & Rice:
Stir into quinoa, couscous, or rice bowls with veggies for brightness.
Especially good with dishes featuring mint, parsley, or citrus segments.

Shrubs or Sparkling Drinks:
Make a quick shrub syrup by mixing vinegar, sugar or honey, and fruit (like berries).
Add to sparkling water or cocktails for a citrusy tang.

Lemon Herb Marinade
Ingredients (for ~1 lb protein or veggies):
¼ cup Lemon Matured White Wine Vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon fresh herbs, chopped (parsley, thyme, oregano, or dill)
1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional, for extra brightness)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (adds depth and emulsifies)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Optional: ½ teaspoon honey or maple syrup (for balance)

Instructions:
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl or shake in a jar.
Pour over protein or vegetables in a shallow dish or zip-top bag.
Marinate:
Chicken: 1–4 hours
Fish/Shrimp: 20–30 minutes
Veggies: 30 minutes to 1 hour
Grill, roast, or pan-sear as desired. Discard marinade after use or boil separately to reduce into a glaze.

Tips:
Add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy version.
For grilling, reserve 1–2 tablespoons of marinade (before using) to brush on while cooking.
