It’s known that stainless steel spoons/dishes can give off a metallic taste to caviar. For this reason we offer Mother of Pearl dishes and spoons. Unlike sterling silver or stainless steel, Mother of Pearl does not affect the caviar’s fragile flavour. Our Silver dish, that you see here is approximately 4.5"x4.5", while the small legs underneath provide approximately 0.5" of height. Hand wash only, do not soak.
