The fruit contains many vitamins and minerals and has a tart flavor that is similar to the Sea Buckthorn. As a result, it is usually prepared with sweeter accompaniments to smooth the tart flavoring. Lingonberries have also traditionally been served with different meats and have been found to compliment them well. Lingonberries were originally found in the more northern regions of Europe where climates tend to be colder than average. Our Lingonberries are sustainably foraged in the United States and Canada.

Upon receiving the berries, please note they will be slightly melted from the travel. They should be remain in the plastic bag they arrived in and be placed in the freezer until they are ready to be used.
