Traditionally brewed Japanese white soy sauce that is aged with real truffles and natural truffle flavour. Aged for 2 years. Product of Japan. Smooth, savory, sublime – with aromas of oaky, nuttiness. Accompanied by flavour notes of fermented soybean, umami, earthiness and black olive on the finish.
Ingredients: Water, Whole Soybeans, Sea Salt, Wheat, Truffles, Natural Truffle flavour.
