WHAT TO DO WITH NOBLE 02

Sweet Uses
Over Fruit:
Drizzle over fresh berries, grilled peaches, or roasted apples/pears. Makes a simple fruit dessert feel fancy.

Baking & Desserts:
Use in place of regular maple or vanilla extract in:
Muffins, cakes, scones, or quick breads (like banana bread), French toast casseroles, Pancake or waffle batter, Glaze for cinnamon rolls or sticky buns

Over Ice Cream or Yogurt:
Especially good with vanilla bean, butter pecan, or cinnamon ice cream. Add some toasted nuts and sea salt = chef’s kiss.

Cocktail Syrup:
Use in bourbon cocktails (like a maple old fashioned) or espresso martinis.

Stir into chai, lattes, or cold brew — like a sweet vanilla syrup, but better.

Cake Soak:
Brush onto sponge cakes or pound cakes to keep them moist and flavorful. Especially good in layer cakes or trifles.

Savory & Unexpected Uses
Glazed Veggies or Roasted Nuts:
Toss roasted carrots, sweet potatoes, or pecans in a bit of warm vanilla maple syrup and butter.
Try it with roasted acorn squash or parsnips.

Sweet Breakfast Egg Sandwich:
Drizzle a tiny bit on a bacon, egg & cheese sandwich or croissant. Think McGriddle — but homemade and better.

Cheese Pairing:
Drizzle over baked brie, goat cheese, or aged cheddar with nuts or fruit.

Vanilla Maple Roasted Peaches with Yogurt & Nuts
Ingredients (Serves 2–4):

2 ripe peaches (or nectarines), halved and pitted
2 tablespoons vanilla maple syrup
1 tablespoon butter (optional, but rich and delicious)
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
½ cup Greek yogurt (or mascarpone/ice cream)
Handful of toasted nuts (like almonds, pecans, or pistachios)
Sea salt for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place peach halves cut-side up in a small baking dish.
Drizzle each with vanilla maple syrup and dot with butter (if using). Sprinkle with a little cinnamon if desired.
Roast for 20–25 minutes, until tender and syrupy. Baste once or twice during cooking.
Let cool slightly, then serve warm over Greek yogurt.
Top with toasted nuts, a final drizzle of syrup, and a pinch of sea salt.

Variations:
Add a splash of bourbon to the syrup before roasting for extra depth.
Use plums, apples, or figs if peaches aren’t in season.
Serve over waffles or pancakes instead of yogurt for brunch.
