Merlot: Made with 100% young organic wine of Merlot variety. Its violet colors with intense reddish tones, allow us to play with countless elaborations (especially pastry). The palate is pure fruit and gives us a very vivid flavor reminiscent to red wild fruits, jam, strawberries, cherries, with a soft aftertaste, fresh and bittersweet very typical of our FORVM vinegars. Chardonnay: An amazing vinegar made 100% with high quality Chardonnay wine and aged in barrels to give it a unique personality. It surprises by its colour with gold tones and allows us to play with many dishes and presentations. In mouth, it has a very fresh flavour, reminiscent to white fruits and citrus with a delicate aftertaste, energetic and bittersweet very typical of our vinegars FORVM. It is unique in its genre.

Cabernet Sauvignon: Traditionally made 100% out of Cabernet Sauvignon wine and aged in barrels for many years. It surprises for its rust colour with ruby tones fruit of its ageing. Its aromatic and gustatory complexity integrates perfectly with the ingredients, creating an explosion of flavours that will not leave anyone indifferent. In mouth, it is intense with a marked presence of ripe fruits, chocolate, coffee and balsamic notes, with an elegant aftertaste, deep and bittersweet very typical of our vinegars FORVM.
