Upon receiving, they should remain in the vacuum packed bag they arrived in and be placed in the freezer until they are ready to be used. To use, simply remove from the freezer, warm up by rolling between the palms of your hands. Defrost only as needed.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. We do not ship perishable items on Friday, they are shipped the following Monday.
If you require your order by a certain date please add this to the shipping notes section when checking out. Our Customer Care will reach out in the event the request is not possible.

Ground Orders: 2-7 Business Days.
Express Orders: Next business day for most addresses.
Pick Up Orders: Generally ready for pick up within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pick up. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am-330 pm for pick up.

Finger Lime Vinaigrette
Ingredients (makes ~1/3 cup):
2 finger limes (pearls scooped out)
2 tbsp fresh lime juice (or lemon juice)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional for balance)
1 small garlic clove, finely grated (optional)
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
How to:
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together lime juice, mustard, honey, and garlic (if using).
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking to emulsify.
Season with salt and pepper.
Gently stir in finger lime pearls just before serving.
Suggested Use:
Drizzle over a salad of arugula, avocado, and grilled shrimp.
Spoon onto grilled asparagus or zucchini.
Use as a bright finishing touch on seared fish or scallops.
Avocado Toast with Finger Lime & Chili
Ingredients:
1 slice sourdough, toasted
1/2 ripe avocado
1 finger lime
Chili flakes
Sea salt and olive oil
How to:
Smash avocado onto toasted bread.
Sprinkle chili flakes and sea salt.
Top with finger lime pearls and a drizzle of olive oil.
Finger Lime Gin and Tonic
Ingredients:
2 oz gin
Tonic water
Ice
1 finger lime, pearls scooped
Lime wedge for garnish
How to:
Fill a glass with ice, add gin, and top with tonic.
Stir gently.
Spoon finger lime pearls over the top.
Garnish with lime wedge. Sip and enjoy the citrus burst.
