Finger limes are known for their Caviar-esque pearls that litterally burst with flavor. They have a super bright balanced lemon lime flavor, paired with amazingly intense caviar-like pop. To enjoy them, simply slice in half and gently scoop out the pearls. Experience this rare and unique citrus as a garnish for crudo or ceviche, folded into your favorite sauces or garnished atop a handcrafted cocktail. Let your imagination run wild.
Upon receiving, they should be remain in the plastic bag they arrived in and be placed in the freezer until they are ready to be used. To use, simply remove from freezer, warm up by rolling between the palms of your hands.

Shelf Stable items: Refrigerate after opening, view best before date. Please follow instructions on packaging.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. We do not ship perishable items on Friday, they are shipped the following Monday.

Once Shipped:
Ground Orders: 2-7 Business Days.
Express Orders: Next business day for most addresses.
Pick Up Orders: Generally ready for pick up within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pick up. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am-330 pm for pick up.
