Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. We do not ship perishable items on Friday, they are shipped the following Monday.
If you require your order to arrive by a certain date please add this to the shipping notes section when checking out. Our Customer Care will reach out in the event the request is not possible.

WHAT TO DO WITH ELDERBERRIES:
Elderberry & Apple Crumble
Serves: 4–6
Ingredients
1 ½ cups frozen elderberries
2 medium apples, peeled and sliced
¼–⅓ cup sugar (adjust for tartness)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
Topping:
¾ cup rolled oats
½ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
6 Tbsp cold butter, diced
Pinch salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Toss apples and frozen elderberries with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Spread in a baking dish.
Combine topping ingredients in a bowl; rub butter in until crumbly.
Sprinkle over fruit and bake 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Serve warm with cream or ice cream.
Elderberry & Red Wine Glazed Chicken
Serves: 2–4
Ingredients
4 chicken thighs or breasts
Salt & pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 small shallot, minced
½ cup frozen elderberries
½ cup red wine
1 tsp honey (optional, to balance tartness)
½ tsp fresh thyme
Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper; sear in olive oil until golden. Remove and set aside.
Sauté shallot until translucent.
Add red wine and simmer 3–4 minutes.
Add frozen elderberries, honey, and thyme; simmer 5–7 minutes until sauce thickens.
Return chicken to pan; coat with glaze and cook another 5 minutes until done.
Excellent with roasted root vegetables or mashed potatoes.
