Dried Wild Chaga, These are wild harvested in North America. Used commonly for Teas & Tinctures, and well known for its health benefits. Larger chunks are often broken down into smaller pieces or powder and used. To create a tea, simmer a few chunks/scoops of Chaga in a pot of water until you see a deep rich colour then strain. Chaga is very mild in flavour but you can add Noble Handcrafted Maple syrup, lemon or honey to flavour it. Store in a cool dark place, in an airtight container once opened.

Chaga Mushroom Broth
Ingredients:

15–20g dried chaga chunks (or 2 tbsp chaga powder)
1 small onion, halved (optional, for savory base)
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 small piece of ginger or turmeric root (optional, for anti-inflammatory support)
6–8 cups filtered water
Optional: 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cloves, or a few slices of orange peel
Pinch of sea salt or splash of tamari (optional, savory version)

How to:
Combine & Simmer
Place chaga (chunks or powder) and other ingredients in a pot with the water.
Bring to a low simmer — not a boil — and cook uncovered for 1.5 to 2 hours. For deeper extraction, simmer up to 4 hours or use a slow cooker.
Strain
Use a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove solids.
If using chaga chunks, you can reuse them 2–3 times until they lose their color.
Store
Let cool and refrigerate for up to 5 days

Suggested Use:
Sip warm as a grounding morning or evening tonic
Add to soups, miso, or bone broth for functional depth
Mix with coffee, cacao, or adaptogens for a superfood blend

Health Note:
Chaga is rich in antioxidants (especially melanin and betulinic acid), but it may interact with medications (e.g., blood thinners or diabetes meds). Drink in moderation and consult your provider if unsure.
