Cavi-art is a unique vegan alternative to caviar that's made from seaweed. It looks and tastes like the real thing, but of course, it's vegan! Cavi-art Black is formulated to mimic Beluga caviar, the small black beads have a clean, briny taste. These still have the unmistakable "pop" consistency. Cavi-art is an exceptional garnish, since it does not discolour and bleed into dishes the way traditional caviar does. Also, it does not go rancid or change in taste after opening the container, making it so that you do not need to consume it all immediately. Once opened, you have up to 3 months freshness. Refrigerate once opened.

Shelf Stable items: Refrigerate after opening, view best before date. Please follow instructions on packaging.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. We do not ship perishable items on Friday, they are shipped the following Monday.
