Perfect for all proteins and is a rich addition to sauces and gravies. Mix into fresh pasta or risotto. Spread a thin layer on sandwiches or bruschetta. Combine with mayonnaise to create a dip. Add a spoonful into mashed potatoes. Stuff inside your homemade tortellini. Spread onto pizza as your sauce. Blend with Vegetables or combine with cheeses. Amp up an omelet.

Shelf Stable items: Refrigerate after opening, view best before date. Please follow instructions on packaging.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. We do not ship perishable items on Friday, they are shipped the following Monday.

WAYS TO USE BLACK TRUFFLE SAUCE
Toss with Pasta
Stir into hot, drained pasta (like tagliatelle, fettuccine, or gnocchi) with a little butter or cream.
Finish with grated Parmigiano-Reggiano.
Optional: add sautéed mushrooms or wilted spinach.

Spread on Toast or Crostini
Mix with a bit of softened butter or mascarpone and spread on warm toasted sourdough.
Top with a poached egg, shaved parmesan, or roasted mushrooms.

Elevate Eggs
Swirl into scrambled eggs or drizzle over fried/poached eggs.
Add to an omelette or frittata just before serving.

Stir into Risotto or Polenta
Add at the end of cooking for a punch of umami.
Great with mushroom risotto or creamy parmesan polenta.

Tips:
Don’t overheat — truffle aroma fades with high heat. Stir in at the end.
Use sparingly — 1–2 teaspoons per portion is often enough.
Store open jars in the fridge and use within a week.
