Fresh Bay Leaves are an herb used for their aromatic flavour and fragrance. Add these to slow-cooked recipes, soups, sauces, and stews. The sooner you add these to your recipe the longer they have simmer and release flavour. Similar to dried, whole leaves are removed before serving the dish. They have a floral and herbal scent reminiscent of oregano and thyme. Store in a sealed zip-top bag and stored in the refrigerator where they will last for a week or two.

Shelf Stable items: Refrigerate after opening, view best before date. Please follow instructions on packaging.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. We do not ship perishable items on Friday, they are shipped the following Monday.
