Caviaroli is an explosion of flavour that captures the intensity and aroma of quality oils. This is achieved through an encapsulation technology that allows obtaining a sphere with a texture equal to that of caviar. These pearls bursts in the mouth, allowing the diner to enjoy a delicate serving of pure oil before mixing with the rest of the ingredients in the dish.  Each pearl is a small explosion of flavour, ranging from magnificent extra virgin olive oil to all kinds of flavoured oils such as basil, wasabi, truffle and vinegars and many more. Gives an all new attractive, delicate and spectacular way to finish your dishes. The pearls showcased here are of virgin olive oil with Basil. Spheres approximately 4-5 millimeters in diameter, with olive oil and basil inside liquid that explode in your mouth when you bite them. Greenish in colour and a characteristic herbal basil flavour reminiscent of Genoese pesto and fresh Italian basil. An ideal ingredient to add an aromatic touch to your dishes. Can withstand plating up to 65ºC for at least 10 minutes without melting.

Store in cool, dry places away from sources of light, heat and strong odors. The ideal temperature range is from 6ºC to 26ºC. Refrigerate after opening, maintain temperature of 2°C or lower. Once open, shelf life is 1 month. Product of Spain.
