Traditionally used for soup but can also be used for salad and other dishes. They have a crispy texture after being cooked. A low-temperature herbaceous fungus with high nutritional value, white color, thick flesh, fragrant smell and delicious taste. The larger version of hon shimeji/enoki mushroom with a crisper and meatier texture. Each package contains 150 grams. Product of China.
Storage Tips: Mushrooms should be kept in the refrigerator in a paper bag or in the package its received in until ready to use. Mushrooms will usually last about a week in the refrigerator, but are best consumed within the first three days. Mushrooms should be fully cooked prior to eating. As a rule, clean the mushrooms as you need them, ideally without water. Paring knives, mushroom brushes, and tea towels can all be used to remove debris.
