Gold beets are a vibrant, sweet variety of beet with a golden-yellow flesh. They have a milder, less earthy flavour compared to red beets and don’t bleed colour when cooked, making them great for colourful dishes. They pair exceptionally well with Citrus (oranges, grapefruits) as well as Goat cheese, feta, Quinoa, Farro, and fresh herbs (Dill, Mint and Parsley). These beets range in size, generally 2-5 Beets per pound.
Perfect product for many applications! Roasted: Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast at 400°F (200°C) for 35–45 minutes. Boiled or Steamed: Cook until tender, then peel and slice for salads. Raw: Shred them into slaws or salads for a crunchy, sweet element. Pickled: Great for adding tangy contrast to cheese plates or sandwiches.

Perishable items: Keep Refrigerated upon arrival. Best consumed within 1-4 days.
Shelf Stable items: Refrigerate after opening, view best before date. Please follow instructions on packaging.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. We do not ship perishable items on Friday, they are shipped the following Monday.

Pick Up Orders: Generally ready for pick up within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pick up. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am-330 pm for pick up.
