Enoki Mushroom / 200g

The delicate, crunchy texture of Enoki mushrooms can be served fresh in salads, lightly sautéed and added into stir-fries and noodle dishes, mixed into omelets, risottos, curries, sushi, or even in spring rolls. Good for many cooking applications such as simmering, blanching, and boiling. Before consuming, the ends should be trimmed, the mushrooms should be washed and fully cooked. Each package contains 200 grams. Product of Japan. 

Storage Tips: Mushrooms should be kept in the refrigerator in a paper bag or in the package its received in until ready to use. Mushrooms will usually last about a week in the refrigerator, but are best consumed within the first three days. Mushrooms should be fully cooked prior to eating. As a rule, clean the mushrooms as you need them, ideally without water. Paring knives, mushroom brushes, and tea towels can all be used to remove debris.
